Manuscript Submission Procedure

Step 1-Prepare the manuscript according to IEEE format

  • Please prepare your manscript in the form of .PDF file and are to be limited to a maximum length of six (06) pages (A4 size, single space, Times Roman of font size 10, two columns format), including figures, tables and references.

Step 2-Check the file for IEEE Xplore Compliance

Step 3-Submit your final manuscript via the PaperCept Conference Management System

  • To Submit your final manuscript, please CLICK HERE(https://controls.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl), The Server located at The USA. Please make sure you can access to the site. You could find the detailed instructions ( http://controls.papercept.net/conferences/support/support.php) about the paper format and submission. Authors can directly refer to templates (La) TeX Support or MS-Word Support for the paper preparation, depending upon which one you would like to use.

  • For invited session proposal submission:

  • To submit your final manuscript, please CLICK HERE ( https://controls.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl ), The Server located at The USA. Please make sure you can access to the site. In the "Submission Wizard for the 3rd ISSCAA" page, choose "Submit" item right to the "invited session proposal", then follow the instructions on the "Submission Form for the 3rd ISSCAA" page. After successfully submit the proposal, a "Invited session identification code" will be sent to the submitter via email. This code will be used for invited paper submission in his session.

    For invited session paper submission:

  • To submit your final manuscript, please CLICK HERE ( https://controls.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl ), The Server located at The USA. Please make sure you can access to the site. In the "Submission Wizard for the 3rd ISSCAA" page, choose "Submit" item right to the "invited session paper", then follow the instructions on the "Submission Form for the 3rd ISSCAA" page, and fill in the code (session id) assigned to your corresponding session proponent
